xPMO was born from managing SAR 17+ billion in real estate portfolios across Saudi Arabia. We built the strategy execution platform we needed — because nothing on the market solved the governance challenges of Vision 2030 mega-projects.
While running the Enterprise PMO at one of Saudi Arabia's largest investment companies — overseeing malls, hotels, residential towers, and entertainment destinations across multiple cities — we hit a wall that every PMO leader in the region knows well.
Executives needed real-time portfolio visibility. Project teams needed governance frameworks that didn't slow them down. Procurement pipelines needed tracking to prevent contractor sequencing disasters. And everything was running on spreadsheets, email chains, and disconnected tools.
We evaluated every tool on the market. Traditional platforms were either too rigid for agile delivery or too lightweight for enterprise governance. Nothing was purpose-built for the scale and complexity of Vision 2030.
